1. Offer Details 

Museum of Illusions Lyon, operated by MOI LYON (SAS) ("the Museum"), is offering customers a 50% discount on the lower-priced of two eligible admission tickets when using the promotional code MIDWEEK26 at checkout ("Offer"). 

The Offer is designed to encourage weekday visits and is available for eligible visits taking place from 8 September 2026 to 30 September 2026, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only. 

To redeem the Offer, customers must purchase two eligible admission tickets in the same booking and enter the promotional code MIDWEEK26 at online checkout. 

The 50% discount will be applied automatically to the lower-priced eligible ticket in the booking. 

The Offer applies to eligible admission tickets only and excludes any products or ticket types expressly excluded in these Terms. 

2. Offer Period 

The Offer is valid for visits taking place between 8 September 2026 and 30 September 2026 inclusive, on Mondays to Thursdays only ("Offer Period"). 

The Offer is not valid for visits taking place on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. 

Bookings for visits outside the Offer Period are not eligible for the Offer. 

3. Eligibility 

The Offer is available to customers purchasing two eligible admission tickets for a qualifying weekday visit during the Offer Period. 

Both tickets must be included in the same booking and purchased online using the promotional code MIDWEEK26. 

The Offer is available while ticket availability lasts. 

All visitors remain subject to the Museum's standard admission conditions. 

Children aged 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over at all times during their visit. 

The Museum reserves the right to request proof of age where applicable and to refuse redemption where it reasonably believes the Offer is being misused or used contrary to these Terms. 

4. Redemption 

The promotional code MIDWEEK26 must be entered at online checkout to redeem the Offer. 

The Offer provides 50% off the lower-priced of two eligible admission tickets purchased in the same booking. 

The discount is applied to the lower-priced eligible ticket. Where the two eligible tickets are the same price, the discount will be applied to one of the tickets. 

Only one promotional code may be used per qualifying booking. 

The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings where the promotional code was not entered at checkout. 

All bookings remain subject to availability at the time of purchase. 

5. Exclusions 

The Offer does not apply to: 

• Gift cards 
• Family tickets 
• Flex tickets 
• Group bookings 
• School bookings 
• Corporate bookings 
• Private events 
• Previous purchases 
• Third-party ticketing platforms 
• Any products or services not expressly included in the Offer 

The Offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, voucher, promotional code, group rate or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise by the Museum. 

6. Restrictions 

The Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value. 

The promotional code MIDWEEK26 may not be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative benefit. 

The Offer is limited to two eligible admission tickets per qualifying booking. 

The Museum reserves the right to limit, refuse or cancel bookings where it reasonably believes the Offer is being misused, fraudulently used or applied in breach of these Terms. 

7. Refunds and Cancellations 

Nothing in these Terms affects a customer's mandatory statutory rights under applicable French law. 

Tickets purchased under this Offer remain subject to the Museum's standard ticket terms and conditions. 

Where a qualifying booking is cancelled or refunded, the discount applied under the Offer will be taken into account when calculating any refund due. 

8. Changes and Withdrawal 

The Museum reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or cancel the Offer at any time where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving technical issues, fraud, misuse, administrative error, pricing errors or events beyond its reasonable control. 

Any such changes will not affect bookings already completed in accordance with these Terms. 

9. Liability 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. 

Subject to the foregoing, the Museum shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from participation in or use of the Offer, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

10. Data Protection 

Any personal data processed in connection with the Offer will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable French data protection laws, and in accordance with the Museum's Privacy Policy. 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. 

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, in accordance with applicable French law and without prejudice to any mandatory rights of consumers regarding applicable jurisdiction.
