  • We recommend buying tickets on the website directly. You can also buy tickets on site but you will not have priority over reservations.

  • Yes, unless we are at capacity. The best way to guarantee entry is to book online in advance.

  • There is no parking affiliated to the museum.

    Visitors arriving by car can use the

    – Parking Indigo Paris Turbigo Saint-Denis on the same street as the Paris Museum.

    – Parking Place de la République in Lyon.

    – Parking Indigo Marseille Vieux Port Mucem in Marseille.

    – Parking Mériadeck in Bordeaux.

    If you plan to come by car, please allow time to find a parking spot.

  • Paris: The nearest train station is Châtelet Les Halles (lines A and B and metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14), and the nearest metro station is Étienne Marcel (line 4).

    Lyon: The nearest metro station is Bellecour (lines A or D) and the nearest bus station is Bellecour Le Viste.

    Marseille: The nearest bus station is République Dames (lines 2 and 3), the nearest metro station is Joliette (line 2) and the nearest bus station is Gare Maritime Internationale (lines 82, 82S, 582 and 49).

    Bordeaux: The nearest bus station is Mériadeck (line A).

  • The experience should typically last between 45 and 90 minutes.

  • Yes, all our museums are wheelchair accessible.

  • No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

  • Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger.

  • No, animals are not allowed inside the museum.

  • Once you have bought your CE ticket, the procedure is the following:

    •  Make a reservation on the www.museedelillusion.fr website by clicking on “Buy tickets”
    • Choose the date and time of the visit
    • Choose a price (e.g. adult) CAUTION: codes cannot be combined, you will need to book one ticket at a time and validate each time.
    • Go on to payment, under the payment details there is a line called “Gift voucher”, this is where you need to enter the CE code.
